THE ART OF SELF-CONFIDENCE

In our complex world, self-confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives. Sadly, many struggle to find it to achieve success. Your level of self-confidence can show in many ways, from your behaviour to how you speak and your body language.

Self-efficacy and self-esteem are major components of self-confidence. Self-efficacy is when we have acquired a skill or expertise through our own effort that gives us a sense of mastery. Self-esteem, on the other hand, is a feeling that the people around us approve of us because we are seen to be competent.

  • What are our strengths

  • What do we really want to achieve

  • What really matters

  • Can we keep ourselves grounded by focusing on basics

  • Are we committed to goals

  • Do we need more knowledge/skills
